SpaceOne draws on the forms and materials associated with space exploration and the Space Age design movement of the 1960s. Its first collection comprises limited-edition models in stainless steel, titanium and forged carbon. The brand was founded as a collaboration between Paris-based independent watchmaker Théo Auffret and watch entrepreneur Guillaume Laidet. The nine-part jumping-hour mechanism was developed by Auffret’s workshop.

The watch’s components are meticulously crafted by specialized suppliers in Switzerland, while the assembly takes place in a dedicated workshop in France. It features a Soprod P024 Swiss automatic movement, devoid of a date display. This movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and boasts a remarkable power reserve of 38 hours. A sapphire cockpit ensures visibility of the time display and transparent and stainless-steel caseback provide a glimpse into the intricate movement, while the sapphire minute disc The case measures 42 x 51 mm, with a thickness of 12.6 mm and a lug width of 22 mm. It offers water resistance up to 3 ATM. The watch is accompanied by both black and orange FKM rubber straps, and the watch head weighs approximately 90 grams. The strap and buckle add an additional 30 grams to the overall weight. This bold and limited-production independent timepiece exudes Urwerk- and MB&F-inspired allure, all while being priced significantly lower than comparable haute-horlogerie creations.

This watch is presented as a full set with an additional OEM orange strap. The watch has been worn several times and shows a hairline mark.
